This n That
I went back to work today...and then went to see Dad right after work. It was just about 5PM when I got there so I stayed for supper. I had grilled cheese (my 1st since my C Difficile attack) & orange jello, so will see if it(the grilled cheese) stays with me! Dad had his second treatment today and saw Dr. Sadocov. Apparently his psa level is down just slightly. We had a nice visit and read the paper and I came home about 7pm. Don picked Dad up this am and they went to the Corner House for lunch. Patrick treated Dad to some sort of Cajun Chicken which from all reports was wonderful. He is counting the days though..only 2 more sleeps until he goes home and then only 6 weeks left....not really his style...he likes to go to Kerri's house 2 or 3 times a day and to the Legion and maybe to Tim Horton's for coffee. This is rather confining for him. The weather here has moderated...it was quite mild today only -8 or so...no sun but it is supposed to shine tomorrow.

Glad to hear you are back work and feeling better.
Its stressful watching a loved going through cancer treatment isn't? I know, our grandaughter Tahlia (2) was diagonised with Leukemenia when she was 6 weeks old. They live in the country so everything stopped to move to Perth for 6 months while treatment was in progress. Thankfully she survived. Its like a stone dropped in a pond it affects everyone. You are in my thoughts.

Thanks Kathy for keeping us updated on Pete's treatment. How did the grilled cheese do? What's the weather like right now in Regina? We'll have to check out the Corner House this summer -sounds good. HI to everyone!
