Patrick's Birthday

We had a birthday supper for Patrick last night. From left to right as you look at the 2nd picture...my daughter Jill, my neice Erin, Patrick's Dad & my brother in law Don, my sister & Patrick's Mum Wendy, the birthday boy Patrick and his girlfriend Lorinda. On the table is the wonderful meal Wendy made. Manicoti, the broccoli/grape salad, a wonderful whole grain bread and beans. We had angel food cake, berries and ice cream for dessert!! Erin went shopping for us and bought Patrick the up graded version of Cranium, a book on superfoods, some goji berries and a couple of other things...I can't remember. I sort of got the photos on backwards..the first pic is of Don, Lorinda, Patrick and Wendy with the birthday cake. We had fun...and when we left it was storming here...we had a huge blizzard and the #1 highway was closed. About 200 people were stranded in a small village, Balgonie, about 20 miles east of here for about 6 hours last night (Sunday night). There were tons of cars in the ditch and semis (spelling...doesn't look right to me). The tow trucks were really busy today. This is my week off claims...Hurray for me!!
