Supper in the field again!

I cooked a 71/2 lb. rib eye roast, 5 lbs of potatoes, 5 lbs of carrots, a whole package of celery, and a whole bunch of onions in the big turkey roaster. I also made 4 dozen Saskatoon Tarts....there was enough left for Jim's lunch the next day plus a little piece of roast for Pat, Wendy & Judy to have on a bun at the lake. We also had a few tarts left for the lake.
