Our landscape is ever changing these days....what was once a leisurely drive to our lake has become not leisurely at all. There are oh so many big, big trucks of all sizes and descriptions and it is driver beware!!! The boom while good for our little corner of the universe in some ways....is really not so good in others!! Our grain fields are now covered with what are called grasshoppers and derricks!! and they are going in and up at an alarming rate on a daily basis. The oil companies have no end of big dollars to spend and we call it progress!
