SUPPER IN THE FIELD

Harvest is in full swing so we are busy running meals to the field. Just look at the lentil swath....see how high it is. Piper is standing right in front of one of the swaths. Kerri is busy serving apple pie and the guys are chowing down! They don't like to take much time to eat when the weather is good! They are always so appreciative of our efforts to keep fuel in them. They are just like the big machines they run ...gas is required and they need tuning up....so do these men who work long hours bringing in the crop!!! Today our neighbors great big 2010 John Deere combine burned right to the ground before the fire dept got there. Everyone out there is grateful because it is so dry the fire could easily have gotten out of control.
