This is a trail through the Big Muddy on the way to a farm I was attempting to locate. The road has cow catchers every mile or so but this herd was far too smart!! And these particular cows were very annoyed with me. How dare I interrupt their afternoon nap in the sun in the middle of the road. I honked...they looked at me....I honked...they looked at me again....I drove a little closer....honked... they very slowly got to their feet....looked at me some more....this little game continued for about 10 minutes...finally they both got off the road. One went south ...the other north!!! The white one which I called Bossy 1 gave me a big mad MOOOOOOOOOOO as I drove by!!!
