Another Day....Another Adventure....The Big Muddy is a fascinating place with craggy buttes and cutbanks. Here you will see white-tailed deer romping the hills, foxes & coyotes, rabbits all very much at home on the range. Ranches nestled in the hills offer trail rides with overnite campouts through this rugged country. You can even shop til you drop at Aust's General Store...the motto "If we don't have it...You don't need it"!! An that is pretty much it. You can buy all your groceries, school supplies, cowboy boots, coveralls, sewing machines and supplies, those new shoes called Crocks...it is an interesting old fashioned general store in Big Beaver. I stopped at a Cairn giving a brief history of the Willowbunch Big Muddy Trail.
