Odd jobs around the lake...cutting down dead trees...building a screen, painting the bathroom, hanging new blinds which you can see in the window. It was a great weekend.....Bruce is a long time friend, in fact, we were babies together. Our parents were great friends and our farms are just a couple of miles apart. We went through school together and then he was gone for 40 or so years. He moved back to Weyburn the same time I did last year and we have picked up where we left off 40 some years ago, ...that is what good friends do...time does not interfere. We know each well...so hanging out is lots of fun.

I can relate to your list of jobs for the weekend. We do the same things here but we run a B&B in the country. Always interesting to see other people have to do what we do!

I'm so glad you're back! Ignore the comments that are negative. You could have them come to you on line, like I do. It seems to discourage folks who have nothing good to say. I think I've only had to refuse one comment since I changed over. Think about it.
I know what you mean about good friends taking up where they leave off. Friends are a gift from God.
